IMMERSION COURSE IN TOURISM

Duration: 2 independent four-month terms.

Place: Escuela de Turismo de Baleares (Palma de Mallorca) 
c/ Sol 1-3, 07001 Palma

Aimed to: First year students with no previous knowledge of the tourist industry and enough knowledge of Spanish (B1- Intermediate of the European Framework for Languages)

Nature: Tourism Course for Spanish immersion students.
Diploma issued by: Escuela de Turismo de Baleares
Language used in the classroom: Spanish

Student fees

€5,150 - full program (October to June)
€3,000 - one quarter (October to January or February to June)

Included: The price includes the opening of student’s file at Escuela  de Turismo de Baleares, student’s ID, taxes, student’s insurance, access to our ETB virtual classroom, lectures and evaluation, diploma to certify student’s attendance issued by ETB. 

Not included: The price does not include other taxes (such as second copies of your diploma), materials (books, photocopies except the ones given in class), enrolment on IATA exam 
Foundation in Travel and Tourism or other costs from activities outside our curriculum.

  • The intermediary activities in the tourist industry. Tour-operators and new sales channels.
  • Public supply in infrastructure and tourist services. The tourist town.
  • Land classification. Historic analysis of land planning in the Balearic Islands.
  • Tourist demand: factors that determine the demand. National and international demand.
